Big Sigh of Relief

Well, the CT scan ruled out appendicitis, so now I can breathe a big sigh of relief. Surgery is not an easy experience. And one to avoid if at all possible. What they did find was an ovarian cyst. And those nearly always resolve spontaneously, without complications.

The doctor was a woman and the nurse was a man – nice twist. And we’re very open to the idea of me coming and doing chair massages some time soon, after healing.

My oldest grandson, who’s 16, is staying with me for a few days to help out. He sure is a sweetie. How the years flew by so quickly is such a mystery! My mama always said time goes by more quickly as you get older, and she was solo right.

So those unexpected complications can sometimes be just a nuisance, nothing to worry too much about. It’s important to make sure, though. It’s better to be safe than sorry with these body temples.

The whole visit took three and a half hours, so am pretty tired already. But immensely thankful! Had a lot of blood work done too, and it was all normal.

Should be back to doing yoga in just a few days. Lots of love, my friends. May your week be blessed.

Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
