Okay, so this is two days late, my apologies, folks. The last couple days have been intensely hot here in Oklahoma, with temps soaring up to 108 degrees Fahrenheit yesterday. After such a pleasant Spring, it takes a few days to acclimate. Anyway, here it is just in time for us to prepare for this year’s Summer Solstice in the northern hemisphere, Winter Solstice in the southern hemisphere! All coinciding with the full moon on June 20th.
So Venus is moving into Cancer along with the Sun, bringing us home. The moon is moving into Sagittarius, where today it reaches the axis with the Sun of Gemini/Sagittarius, Cancer/Capricorn just as the moon becomes full! Having a full moon on the Solstice is such an awesome blessing. (The next full moon, known as the Thunder moon, falls on my birthday on July 19).
Jupiter is opposite Saturn in Sagittarius (the great professor), which is square Neptune in dreamy Pisces. And Mercury is also opposite Saturn, information coming to us to let us know our purpose. All combining to create the Grand Cross.
This is a great time for Vision quests or Star Passages, perhaps this is why Tom is out in the high mountain deserts of Utah this week. Great view of the stars out there!
With retrograde Mars still in Scorpio, we are all getting initiated. Jupiter conjunct the north node of the moon helps us weed out that no longer serves us. Instead of focusing on what’s falling away, or being taken from us, having an attitude of gratitude will carry us forward with grace.
This week’s mantra:
“The more I make the unknown known, the closer I am to my true home.”
Namaste. Aloha. So. Much. Love.
This week’s report is pretty short, but as always, well worth the time to watch it!
Happy Solstice, my friends. I love you all.
